Accuracy Question

I am using the FreeCaddie iPhone app, and the accuracy indicator shows that high accuracy is limited to 19 yards. This worries my some as 19 yards is often a 2 club difference. Is this as accurate as the iPhone gets? I have heard other users get more accurate with other phones, is this true? Is it usually within a yard or two, even when the accuracy says 19?
